With an intention to develop & cultivate personal relationship & brotherhood among technocrats of different disciplines and departments, Technocrats Welfare Society Of India was
established on 29th Nov. 1995 with a few eminent personalities of the country under the leadership of its dynamic founder president Er. Mahesh C. Gupta, an electrical Engineer by profession.

(Engineers, Doctors and Scientists) working in different fields on one platform to discuss, deliberate and plan ways and means to improve their own lot and that of the society in general. It fosters a spirit of brotherhood and unity among the Technocrats, which is necessary for their own welfare as well as for the progress of the Country.
"TWSI" is striving to get Technocrats their rightful place and status in the Society as a whole and in
Government hierarchy. The Society has undertaken to highlight the role of Technocrats and to spread awareness about their achievements, besides being useful to both the
